Managing Partner & Sports Card Specialist

Rob is the driving force behind Three Point RVA. With over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, he brings strategic vision, sound business practices, and a calm, customer-focused presence to the shop. Rob specializes in sealed product, market trends, and high-end sports cards, and plays a key role in evaluating large collections and setting shop direction. A lifelong collector, he’s proud to own both a BGS 8 Star Michael Jordan rookie card and a psa 10 Tiger Woods rookie, which reflect his deep roots in the hobby.

Creative Director & Community Builder

Bobby brings over 20 years of creative experience from the communications and design world into the heart of Three Point RVA. Known around Richmond for his work with brands like Round Two, Kicks Boomin’, and Utmost, Bobby now applies his talents to building shop culture, running events, and designing eye-catching store layouts. He connects naturally with people and collectors of all ages, and his favorite card, the 2004 Donruss Elite James Gandolfini Fans of the Game Autograph, is a nod to his appreciation for the unique and unforgettable.

Chess White

Operations & Strategy

A former U.S. Marine who served for eight years, Chess brings leadership, discipline, and years of logistics and operational experience to Three Point RVA. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the shop, manages vendor relationships and events, and plays a key role in the long-term growth and direction of the business. As the shop’s Pokémon specialist, Chess has a passion for rare and iconic cards and enjoys helping collectors of all ages grow their collections. Two favorites from his personal collection are his BGS 8 First Edition Charizard and Gold Star Mewtwo, reflecting his longtime love for Pokémon and the hobby.
